Refund policy

A 14 days money back guarantee is offered on all original paintings if you are not happy with your purchase, however this requires the painting to be returned to me in perfect condition. The packaging and shipping costs for returns will be paid by the buyer. If you would like to return a purchase, please contact me within 2 week (14 days) of receiving your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you miss the delivery and the package got returned to me – I will contact you as soon as I get it back with next steps.

If a purchased original painting is damaged during the shipping process, please take pictures of the product and shipping material and contact me immediately for a refund. This might not apply for returns if the painting has not been properly packaged by the buyer.
