Refund policy

A 14 days withdrawal window starting from delivery of last item as well as a 14 days money back guarantee is offered on all original paintings if you are not happy with your purchase. The painting will need to be returned to me in perfect condition. The full price including shipping will be refunded once the returned item is in my possession. The packaging and shipping costs for returns will be paid by the buyer. If you would like to return a purchase, please contact me within 2 week (14 days) of receiving your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded. Once you haved notified me of your decision to return a purchase, you must return  the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed me.

If you miss the delivery and the package got returned to me – I will contact you as soon as I get it back with next steps.

If a purchased original painting is damaged during the shipping process, please take pictures of the product and shipping material and contact me immediately for a refund. This might not apply for returns if the painting has not been properly packaged by the buyer.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized orders made specifically for you.
